Exchange and Refund Policy

  • Exchange within 2 weeks of purchase date, and with a valid receipt, is accepted.
  • Product exchanged should be undamaged and the original packaging unopened.
  • No exchanges are accepted after two weeks of purchase.
  • The value of the purchased item may be refunded to you on the same day of purchase provided the original packaging is unopened.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable even on the same day.
  • Items bought during sales or under promotion cannot be exchanged or replaced for any reason.
